Privacy Policy
Ecosense processes information you submit through this website, including enquiries and account information, to provide the service you request, protect the website, and communicate with you. Account information can include your name, verified email address, assigned access role, security events, and login-session metadata. Passwords and authenticator credentials are handled by our authentication provider and are not visible to Ecosense staff.
Service providers and security
We use Supabase to provide authentication and secure database services. Access is limited using row-level authorization, short-lived sessions, audit records, and multi-factor authentication for administrators. We do not sell account data.
Retention and your choices
Account data is kept while your account is active. Security and role-change records may be retained for up to 24 months after closure for fraud prevention, operational recovery, and legal obligations. Event and expression-of-interest responses are retained for up to 24 months after the event closes; an anonymous response receipt can be used to request access or deletion. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting Ecosense through the contact page. We verify account control before fulfilling security-sensitive requests.
Marketing choices
Marketing email requires a separate, optional consent. Creating an account does not subscribe you to a newsletter. You may withdraw marketing consent without affecting your account.
